Within this view of the universe, intelligence is incorporated into the laws of nature, which provide for ongoing development of intelligence and life. That DNA sequence then provides feedback in the evolutionary developmental process. Hence, life is incessantly augmenting its basic and structural manual. In other words, intelligent life is the reproductive organ of the universe.
