The reality of Central Florida continuing to grow and expand can be seen in the little and big things. With Opera Orlando left with only a handful of tickets remaining, and the Wekiva Parkway Bypass looping around the west side of Orlando from Sanford to south of Walt Disney World on I-4, Orlando gets closer to the big leagues. There is no question that Central Florida is dynamic and popular across the entire country; however, there are some detractors which have criticized us as nothing other than a big little city. That perception continues to change as Central Floridians enjoy who we are now and embrace who we are becoming.
