The scientists can continue to come up with dozens and dozens of theories as to the random probability of any particular universe yielding the opportunity for development of some type of biosphere where life is possible and in fact, developmental. On the other hand, that is precipitated primarily by the scientific desire to be able to reach an explanation without the opportunity for supernatural explanations. That’s fine. However, Darwin came up with not a supernatural explanation for evolution and differentiation; he came up with a natural explanation. In other words, there was something happening underneath the evidence that simply had to be discovered. That discovery, recorded in the form of a theory, turned out to be fundamentally accurate over time. On a cosmological level, the objective is to come up with not a supernatural explanation, but a natural explanation which ultimately produces the universe we’ve got, on the one side, and the actuality of life, on the other.
