How do you minimize resistance to the acceptance of a new product?

1. You make the products which have strong feature sets, potentially 10 times better (but require behavioral compatibility).

2. You look for the unendowed, those people who do not have incumbent or legacy product use.

3. You find believers who truly value the benefit the product offers.
