Three critical attributes of a leader.
1. A leader looks to the future, prepared to seed a future benefit in exchange for a present burden.
2. A leader takes repercussions. A leader accepts personal accountability for the decision and for the consequences.
3. A leader doesn’t pander to the lowest common denominator. A leader articulates the needs forcefully, persuasively and rationally.
