Creative Thought

One of the dimensions that is simply not capable of being limited is the dimension of creative output. Whether the artist, the entrepreneur, the writer, the architect, the engineer, the political scientist, the theorist, and so forth and so on. The reality is that there is no limitation to creative output and there is no restraint on its expression.

When I think about those things which energize life more, there are few and far between in relationship to creative thought. Of course we all want to be compensated for our creative effort. And of course, we all want to have personal satisfaction to see our creative contributions manifested in some way. However, that’s all part-and-parcel of the game.

At the start of the day, however, it is seeing that creative effort first expressed that gives the opportunity for everything else to occur thereafter. And, at the end of the day, it’s seeing that creative effort in action which motivates us forward.

Entrepreneurism, for example, is creativity in motion. Entrepreneurism is not business. Business is not entrepreneurism. Entrepreneurism is nothing other than creative effort within certain rules.
