Competition in the space industry is heating up. After seven months of litigation by Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin, attempting to dislodge SpaceX from its sole contractor relationship to NASA for Artemis 3, Elon Musk has come up the winner and will be pushing for a moon landing, along with the first woman on the moon, by at least 2025. NASA Administrator Bill Nelson released the news the same week the SpaceX Falcon 9 catapulted three astronauts in its Dragon Endurance Spacecraft to the International Space Station from Brevard County, another NASA mission. It was a good week for Elon Musk. Not so much for Jeff Bezos.
