
Under the misleading name of “Constitutional Carry,” Representative Anthony Sabatini filed a bill this past Tuesday legalizing the right to openly carry weapons without a license where concealed weapons are currently allowed. Claiming that residents should have the right to defend themselves without asking the government for permission, the Howey-In-The Hills Republican pitched his measure as a basic constitutional right.
