Family-owned Feld Entertainment announced this week that, after a 6-year hiatus, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey’s Circus would hit the road in September 2023 with a completely reimagined show. Replaced are the lions, tigers, elephants and clown shows by acts sourced internationally focused on amazing talent “pushing the limits of human potential.” What Cirque du Soleil proved is that audiences might have tired of the 146-year old circus shtick, but not circus acts. Ringling Bros. offers not only the best-known circus brand in the world, but also the opportunity to travel it across the country for us to enjoy.
